That curiosity led me to study psychology and education, building a strong foundation to understand the deeper reasons behind our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Through my years of experience, I’ve discovered that the key to real, lasting change is uncovering the root cause of what’s holding you back—whether it’s chronic stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or negative patterns.
Most of my professional career has been in the healthcare and mental health industry, with over 15 years dedicated to mental health program development. I’m also a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, combining modern techniques with compassionate, personalized care. My mission is simple: to help you experience meaningful, lasting transformation so you can live a happier, healthier life.
